The Political Landscape of Britain

UKIP-The UK Independence Party
UKIP is a party which wants to gain independence by withdrawing from the European Union. They serve loosely with the guideline policies making rational decisions to entice voters. They are popular with voters concise awareness of the failure of the other main parties.

The Conservative Party

The Conservative Party wish to improve the quality of life for everyone with a progressing economy for opportunity, wealth and business growth. A foundation for everyone to build lives  and a sustainable environment.  

BNP - British national Party

Have strong Patriotic feelings and racist views against those of foreign countries. These aren't parliament memebers however are governed by the public (citizens of Great Britain)

The Green Party

take into account environmental issues which are currently impacting the world targeting the middle class.

Labour Party

is very much a left wing political group which is made up of other smaller parties being also known as the Co-operative party. Essentially a centre-left party; but in September 2015, with the election to the leadership of a left-winger Jeremy Corbyn, the Labour party has moved into a new period.

SNP - Scottish Nationalist Party


Scotland's most predominant leading party in power in the Scottish Parliament . A  nationalist party, that organized a referendum on Scottish independence which was a very big issue for the United Kingdom.

Liberal Democratic Party

The Liberal Democratics are mostly a mixture of social conservatives and social democrats.

Camera shots:

as the episode begins an aerial shot is visibly present. it shows an extremely high- angle shot panning down a high rise office building to the busy pedestrian activity of New York city down bellow. from the clothes of the pedestrians to the era of the cars its easy to tell that this series it based upon the workforce in the 1960s. 

the camera then cuts to a tracking motion as we pusue a short journey of the employees going into a lift and back out again on their way to work 

Showing an established shot presenting us with the setting within the office obtaining an array of desks and workers.

Sound:

By having the implementation of 1960s Jazz music, it enhances the liveliness of the atmosphere keeping the audiences attention engaged into the series. 

In the office it obtains synchronous sound. this is when the sound is expected of the atmosphere of the series or film its set in. in this case the setting were in is in the work firm so type writers clicking and discussions upon work would be what we would hear. 

Throughout the segment of the episode we hear Non digetic sound. this is when a Sound source is neither visible on the screen nor has been implied to be present in the action. in the case of the episode this is music. placed in the episode to enhance the liveliness hearing a faster sound increases the in speed of the episode. 

Editing:

As the clip segment comes to a close we are presented with two businessmen having a discussion. As each has dialogue the clip cuts between them. this is an abrupt transition siting between one shot to another in this case its used to maintain continuity of the scene. 

Within the clip shot-reverse-shot is also used. this occurs when the women are discussing the work criteria and purpose of the women in the office for appeal for the men. Shot-reverse-shot is when a character is looking at another off screen however the character currently on screen is looking back. This shows continuity through the scene understanding who in which they're talking to despite not being visually present. 

Mise-en-scene
this is what is placed within the scene. can either be props to signify the era relations between characters, the setting and also lighting. within the clip it contains type writers , Cigarettes and also rapid responses between characters showing a cocky persona and comfortable nature between characters.

Victim of the Fast Food generation

the news article portrays a story regarding fast food eaters at a young age. 

in this story a teen aged 17 had decided to eat nothing but chicken nuggets since the age of two. due to the unhealthy occurrence the young girl was abruptly rushed off to hospital. however, the article strongly states this wasn't the teenagers fault however is the parents. being only 2 years old at the start of this incident due to the child not making conscious decisions this was purely the parents resolution to feed their young child unhealthy food (chicken nuggets).

Teenagers going to school high on DRUGS or  comedown

This image is portraying young teenagers as drug users, stereotyping them to all be bad showing the older generation (the audience ) as not ideal people in society not obeying the law. within the image of the article it clearly shows young males being the ones taking these drugs. Being this sexist it paints males in a bad light despite it clearly being mixed across all genders.

Clip 1) TAYLOR SWIFT-BAD BLOOD
a) The bad blood video is quite contradicting, is does in fact present an empowering message and image however it portrays women as a sexualised object as well. Women in this video are executing a specialised mission however this in fact is typically a job in which a male would carry out presenting women as a strong force in control of any situation.
b) Within the video women have complete control amongst the situation they're currently in. as no men are current the women feel integrity and and strength to use as they desire showing dictatorship and control.
c) The video is aimed at both men and women. it does obtain a modest sense of male gaze through provocative outfits however follows through with a powerful video presenting women as a unstoppable force overshadowing men.

Clip 2) JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE-TUNNEL VISION
a) Within this video its degrading to women. they're presenting women as vulnerable and feeble obeying the norm which they believe men want. this video is clearly showing high elements of the male gaze. 
b) In this video it shows women as not being in control. they are presented as a sex symbol an object for the male eye dancing to thereto of the music beat sang by a man.
c) this video is purely aimed at men. as it is highly showing women as seductive presenting women to show and have curves for the view of men. 

Clip 3) RIHANNA-POUR IT UP
a) this video is also contradicting. it presents women as sexual and seductive however shows women confidence and power featuring no males women the video itself.
b) not presenting men this video shows women in control however still under the influence of the male gaze. 
c) The video is aimed at men obtaining highly seductive imagery for the male sex appeal.

Aired by the network HBO, Game of thrones is a fantasy drama television series which embarks upon a journey following characters gaining power, pursuing adventures and traitorous battles to reclaim and take the throne becoming the protector of the seven kingdoms  and ruler of civilisation. 

2) Daredevil

A Marvel Netflix series Following the main protagonist, Matt Murdock a bling attorney by day and vigilante persona daredevil by night using his inhumanly heightened senses serving as a protector fighting crime to clean the streets of New York City's Hell's Kitchen  uncovering conspiracies of the criminal underworld

3) Walking Dead

By the network AMC The series begins as Rick Grimes, a former police officer shot in the line of duty awakening from a coma to find the world dominated by the literal walking dead.

4) The defenders

Marvels Netflix series combines all Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist as they assemble to fight New York's crime.
